From Exposition, select Process booth orders, open an order, click More, select Exhibited Products, and click Load Prev Expo
Company
Displays the name of the exhibiting company (if applicable).
Exposition
Displays the name of the exposition.
Hist Cat
Displays the historical category.
Previous Expositions
Lists previous expositions.
Products Exhibited at Previous Expo
Lists previously exhibited products.
Select All Lines button
Click to select each line item under the Products Exhibited at Previous Expo list.
Load button
Click to load the selected products.
To add a product to an exhibitor's product list
1. Open the Exhibitor Company Product Maintenance window:
□ From Exposition, select Process booth orders to open the Process booth orders window.
□ Open an order (see Finding Exposition Orders).
□ Click More, and select Exhibited Products.
2. Click Edit.
3. Select a product from the Products Master List, and click Add (press Ctrl to select multiple products).
4. Click Save.
To delete a product from an exhibitor's product list
1. Open the Exhibitor Company Product Maintenance window:
□ From Exposition, select Process booth orders to open the Process booth orders window.
□ Open an order (see Finding Exposition Orders).
□ Click More, and select Exhibited Products.
2. Click Edit.
3. Select a product from the Products Exhibited list, and click Delete (press Ctrl to select multiple products).
4. Click Save.
To view other companies exhibiting the same products
1. Open the Exhibitor Company Product Maintenance window:
□ From Exposition, select Process booth orders to open the Process booth orders window.
□ Open an order (see Finding Exposition Orders).
□ Click More, and select Exhibited Products.
2. Select a product from the Products Exhibited list.
3. Click All Companies to open the All Companies Exhibiting Product window. A list of all companies exhibiting the same product displays.
4. Click OK to return to the Exhibitor Company Product Maintenance window.
To load a product list from a previous exposition
Note: The previous exposition that you are loading from must have a list of products exhibited for the selected exhibiting company. Also, the products you are loading cannot be duplicates of the current exposition products list.
1. Open the Exhibitor Company Product Maintenance window:
□ From Exposition, select Process booth orders to open the Process booth orders window.
□ Open an order (see Finding Exposition Orders).
□ Click More, and select Exhibited Products.
2. Click Load Prev Expo to open the Load Products from Previous Exposition window.
3. Select an exposition from the Previous Expositions list.
4. (optional) Select a product from the Products exhibited at Previous Expo list (click Select All Lines to select all products).
5. Click Load. A message prompts you to verify loading the products.
6. Click Yes.
